You will be picked up at the boat ramp and taken to the back entrance of Don Pedro island . On the way you have a chance to see dolphins, manatees, ospreys and other marine life. From there its a short walk to the beach. This beach area is a little over a mile long.

What To Expect

We will be traveling from the boat ramp to Don Pedro State Park. The outer island of the park is only accessible by boat. There you fill find a picnic pavilion, restrooms, and shower. Activities of interest are shelling, hiking, snorkeling, sunbathing. Grills are also available. Wildlife seen there are dolphins, manatees, birds, and gopher tortoise. Fishing is also allowed away from sunbathers .
