Discover the haunted Landmark Center whose events coordinator, was quoted in the Pioneer Press saying, ‘We have even had women guests here go into the second-floor bathroom and come out quivering, saying that they saw a man in there, a man that disappears.’ Old Bets, a Dakota woman who claimed to be 100 years old and was a local celebrity who wandered the streets charging people to take their picture with her. Long after her death, people still claim to hear her call of ‘ho-ho’ as they walk through the streets of downtown St. Paul.
